It is strange to observe that the consolidation revision filed in the year 2017 is still pending for admission and the orders passed in the case read as follows:

Be that as it may, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner and to avoid any further loss of time, this Court while expressing its anxiety on the moving of the QuasiJudicial authorities, directs, in the event the Petitioner files a memo for early admission of the Consolidation Revision Case No.80/2017 before the competent authority within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken within a period of seven days thereafter for admission of the Consolidation Revision Case No.80/2017. It is further directed that in the event the matter is admitted, there shall be prompt action for disposal of Consolidation Revision Case No.80/2017 forthwith. 3.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
