The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to quash the notice dated 28.02.2022 under Annexure-10 issued by the Odisha University of technology and Research.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that though the petitioners have rendered more than 6 years of service, they have not been allowed to discharge their duty.

Issue notice to the opposite parties both in the writ petition as well as I.A.

One extra copy of the brief be served on learned counsel for the State appearing for opposite party No.1 within three days, for enabling him to obtain instruction and file counter affidavit. 7.
Requisites for issuance of notice to opposite party no.2 by speed post be filed within three days. The notice be issued fixing short returnable date. 8.
