This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 20.01.2022 after the Original Application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon abolition. 3.
On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued on 05.12.2017 directing to file counter within four weeks and rejoinder was to be filed within two weeks thereafter. However, the matter was not taken up/pursued thereafter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the petition, the petitioner has got promotion, thereby rendering the matter infructuous. 5.
Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate also states that the petitioner has got promotion in the meantime, thereby

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of.
