Though the Petitioners make so many claims, however, unfortunately there is no foundation to the same. This Court, therefore, does not like to entertain the halfhearted Writ Petition. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court permits the Petitioners to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to bring a proper Writ Petition. 2.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
