1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.

3. Considering the grounds taken, the prayer for extension of time to file representation is allowed.

4. The Petitioner is permitted to move the representation as directed by this Court vide order dtd.09.12.2022 within a period of two (2) weeks from today.

5. If any such application is moved within the aforesaid time period, the Authority concern shall consider the same in the light of the order passed by this Court on 09.12.2022.

6. I.A. is disposed of.
