The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to set aside the notice/letter dated 11th October, 2022 and 27th October, 2022 (Annexure-9 series) issued by the Secretary, Panposh Sub-Divisional House Building Co-operative Society Ltd. with regard to recovery of the loan amount as well as payment of land premium etc.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the matter in dispute is squarely covered under Section 68 of the Orissa Co-operative Societies Act, 1962, interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioner files a dispute before the appropriate authority ventilating his grievances. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to enable him to take shelter under the statutory provision.
