RJ The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 26th November, 2021 after having been transferred from the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

On perusal of the order sheet of the learned Tribunal, it is found that after 04.01.2012, the matter has never been listed till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant submits that he does not have up-to-date instructions from the petitioner. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive, if any further cause of action still survives.
