Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to quash Annexure-6 and to issue direction to the opposite parties to change the alignment as well as layout plan of the proposed Railway Over-Bridge leaving aside the homestead plot of the petitioners and further seeks direction to the opposite parties to make the construction over the vacant land in the locality in modifying the existing layout plan.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioners have made representation to the opposite party no.5 vide Annexure-2 and direction may be given to consider and dispose of the same within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.5 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-2, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioners. 6.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
