The petitioners have filed this writ petition challenging the notice of eviction in Case No. 64/2020 (P.R. No. 1195/21.10.2022) of Tahasildar, Kandhamal, Phulbani under Annexure-5. 4.

Since the Petitioners have come up challenging the notice of eviction, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue their remedy before the appropriate authority by filing objection, if they are so advised within a period of seven days hence, so that the matter can be considered and appropriate orders can be passed in accordance with law.
