This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the State.

On perusal of the O.A.(T) No.164 of 2011, it reveals that by order dated 24.01.2012 learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal has observed that the case is grossly time barred and therefore, the applicant was asked to file I.A. Notice was issued in the said I.A. for condonation of delay. Further the same is not taken up after the abolition of the Tribunal and the matter has been transferred to this Court.

Upon perusal of the record, this Court is of the considered view that there is no reason as to why delay should be condoned in I. A. No.86 of 2011. The I.A. stands dismissed since the delay has not been condoned, WPC(OAC) also stands dismissed.

With the aforesaid observation the writ petition is disposed of. 7.
