CORAM:
THE CHIEF JUSTICE JUSTICE M. S. RAMAN Order No.
ORDER
17.11.2022 02.
I.A No.64 of 2020 and WA No.707 of 2019
1. According to the Registry, the delay is 138 days. According to the Appellant, the delay is 99 days. Either way, the reasons put forth by the Appellant for condonation of delay are not convincing at all. The delay is attributable purely due to administrative reasons which cannot be considered to be acceptable as bonafide after the judgment of the Supreme Court of India in Chief Post Master General & Ors. v. Living Media India Ltd., (2012) 3 SCC 563 and a series of
judgments thereafter. Consequently, the Court is not inclined to condone the delay.
2. The I.A. for condonation of delay is dismissed. Consequently, the writ appeal is dismissed.
