None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. Heard Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department.

The Petitioner, who is continuing as Gana Sikhyak has filed this writ petition seeking his regularization as against regular primary school teacher. Since the petitioner has completed eight years of service, as per the notification issued by the Government, the petitioner must have been regularized in the meantime. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy if any cause of action still subsists.
