The Original Application No.2414 (C) of 2017 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OAC) No.2414 of 2017. 3.

The Petitioner being aggrieved by inaction of the Opposite Parties in the matter of sanction and payment of final pension and other post retirement benefits after elapse of five years from the date of superannuation of the Petitioner, has approached by way of writ petition.

Mr. Hara Prasad Rath, counsel for the Petitioner at the time of hearing submits that he has not instruction in the matter. 5.

Mr. R.N. Acharay, Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education submits that by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous.
