1. An affidavit has been filed by the Superintendent, SCB Medical College & Hospital, Cuttack confirming that the child has been receiving treatment and that the expenses of the investigation and medicines are being met from the BSKY fund. It is further stated that the patient and her attendant have also been provided with proper diet at the Hospital. An assurance has been given that the patient will not be discharged till the course of the treatment is completed at the Hospital.
