Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the earlier dated 21.01.2022 passed by this Court in BLAPL No.10372 of 2021, upon learned Counsel for the State during the course of the day so as to enable him to obtain instruction as to whether the Petitioners after being released on bail are abiding by the condition of their appearance before the IIC, Bidanasi P.S. every Monday in between 10 am to 3 pm till date.
