This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Opposite Party No.2 for modification of the order dated 02.01.2023 passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party No.2-Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Limited, Bhubaneswar that the post that has been narrated in the order dated 02.01.2023, i.e., "Non-Technical Non-Executive (TNE) Trainees" is not correct description of the post, rather the correct description would be "Technical Non-Executive (TNE) Trainees".

In such view of the matter, the order dated 02.01.2023 stands modified to the extent that wherever the words "Non-Technical Non-Executive" appears, the same shall be read as "Technical NonExecutive". 6.

With the aforesaid observation, the I.A. stands disposed of. 7.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
