This Court is unable to appreciate the fact of pendency of the demarcation case instituted in the year 2017-18. 2.
Be that as it may, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to conclude the proceeding vide Demarcation Case No.11/2017-18 within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, but however, involving the parties likely to be affected. So far as the prayer for removal of encroachment is concerned; this Court declines to grant such relief in the present Writ Petition. Petitioner may find-out appropriate remedy depending on the outcome in the demarcation proceeding vide Demarcation Case No.11/2017-18.
