This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to consideration the representation of the petitioner and release the pension as per the EPF & MP Act, 1952. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-1 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexures-3 and 4 series.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-1, taking into consideration Annexures-3 and 4 series, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
