2. Heard Mr. S.K.Mohanty , learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.Pradhan, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 132/2019(A) arising out of Purusottampur P.S. Case No.44 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 175 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chatrapur.

4. The petitioner was earlier on bail. He defaulted in appearance at the time of framing charge for which NBW was issued against him on the strength of which he was taken into

// 2 // custody on 9.10.2021. His application for bail being rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chatrapur, he has approached this Court for bail.

Considering the submissions made and the fact that the petitioner was on bail earlier, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail 6.

Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case failing which necessary orders shall be passed to take him in to custody again.

7. The BLAPL is disposed of.
