Instant I.A. is filed for necessary correction/modification of order dated 24th November, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.3538 of 2022 to the extent applied for.

For the reason stated therein, I.A stands allowed. 3.

Consequently, the order dated 24th November, 2022 in CRLMC No.3538 of 2022 is modified granting liberty to the petitioner to apply for discharge before the court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gunupur instead of learned 'J.M.F.C., Bissam Cuttack' in connection with C.T. Case No.42 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.351 of 2022. 4.

Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 5.

The I.A. is accordingly, disposed of.
