Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client and others made representation dated 28th September, 2022, to opposite party no.3 regarding private opposite party no.4 purporting to, at the same time, act as Executive Officer of both Maa Tarini Temple Trust as well as Shri Shri Balunkeswar Mahesh Bije. He seeks direction upon opposite party no.3 for consideration of the representation. He points out, private opposite party no.4 had filed W.P.(C) no.22870 of 2017, obtained interim order but thereafter the writ petition stood dismissed for non-prosecution on 14th September, 2022. On query from Court he submits, his instructions are that the writ petition has not been restored. Mr. Rout, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State.

Mr. Nath, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party no.3 and submits, upon direction made the representation will be duly dealt with.

Opposite party no.3 is directed to consider said representation dated 28th September, 2022. For the purpose, said opposite party may notice private opposite party no.4. Result of the consideration should be made known to petitioner within three weeks of communication. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
