Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners and looking to the allegation made in paragraph-8 of the writ petition with regard to the oral threatening of eviction of the petitioners by opposite party no.4, this Court in disposal of the writ petition observes, there is no room for oral threatening for eviction in the eye of law. In the event opposite party no.4 is interested for eviction of petitioners, there should be following of due process of law. 3.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order in course of the day on proper application.
