Heard Mr. A. Sahu learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Manas Chand, learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) To quash the Memorandum of charges as per Annexure No.2 and the subsequent proceeding of Department of Water Resources Memorandum nO.899/WR(C) dt.25.7.2016.

(ii) To pass any other order / orders and to grant any other relief / reliefs as this Hon'ble Tribunal deems fit and proper"

Even though the Present Writ Petition has been filed since 2017, but no notice has been issued. This Court after going through the prayer is not inclined to allow the same. However, it is observed that since the Petitioner in the meantime has retired, the proceeding initiated against the Petitioner on 25.08.2016 be disposed of within a period of six months from today if it has not yet been disposed of.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
