It is submitted by Mrs. Saswata Patniak, learned Additional Government Advocate that, the victim girl has been rescued on 13.01.2022 by the IIC, Balikuda P.S. and she was handed over in the custody of her father through C.W.C. 4.

Therefore, nothing remains to be decided in the present case. The WPCRL is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
