On the earlier occasion, i.e. on 07.09.2022 when the matter was taken up, none had also appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue his matter.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
