1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. By means of this application, the Petitioners seek grant of bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. in apprehension of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 447/323/354/34 of IPC in connection with Jatni P.S. Case No. 133 of 2002 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2033 of 2022 pending in the court of learned JMFC, Jatni.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the state that the instructions could not be obtained. Consequently, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

4. The case relates to the year 2002. Therefore, if process under Section 82 and 83 of CrPC has not been initiated against the Petitioners, in the event the Petitioners surrender and move for bail before the learned JMFC, Jatni in the aforesaid G.R. Case within a period of three weeks hence, they shall be admitted to go on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by

// 2 // the said court besides the condition that the Petitioners shall appear in person before the learned court below on each date of posting of the case;

5. Violation of any of the conditions shall entail cancellation of bail.

6. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
