The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the notice of eviction issued by the Executive Officer, NAC, Binika. 4.

Since the Petitioner has come up challenging the notice of eviction, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority by filing objection, if he is so advised within a period of seven days hence, so that the matter can be considered and appropriate orders can be passed in accordance with law.
