This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.1 to take necessary steps for her appointment/posting as Regular Lady Supervisor/regularize her service as Regular Lady Supervisor and to pay equal salary in comparison to the salary of Regular Lady Supervisor following the decision of the apex Court, within a stipulated time. 3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-6 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure6, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
