Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this petition, the opposite party no.4 has registered the complaint as F.I.R., i.e., Simulia P.S. Case No.320 of 2022. Hence, he wants to withdraw this petition. In this regard, he files a Memo in Court today. The same be kept on record.
