2. Heard Mr. A.K.Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioners are in custody since 10th June, 2021 in connection with Dharmasala P.S.

Case No.296/2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.944/2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole.

4. Considering the nature of allegations and the existence of materials prima facie in support thereof and in particular the statement of Kamroon Bibi who has specifically stated about the presence of the present Petitioners during the occurrence, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected.

5. It is open to the Petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of material witnesses in the case including Kamroon Bibi.
