Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties for taking steps for approving the plan with regard to the construction of the house of the petitioners over the land bearing Khata No.2/799, Plot No.1/399/1361, Area-0.064 dec. of mouza-Chekaguda, Tahasil-Rayagada in the district of Rayagada subsequently converted to Khata No.-67, Kissam-Gharabadi as well as the land bearing Khata No.66, Plot No.1/399/1362, Area0.043 dec. of mouza-Chekaguda, Tahasil/District-Rayagada. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-4 series and the same may be directed to be considered and disposed of within a stipulated time.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-4 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
