This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

On perusal of the petition filed for modification of order dated 11.12.2019 and upon hearing the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the case number has been wrongly typed out on the top of the order as "15169" instead of "15269. The same be corrected.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioner before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by three weeks more with effect from today.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
