This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 1093 of 2017 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 1093 of 2017.

The Petitioner, Demonstration Asst. in the Office of Assistant Director, Sericulture, Chandragiri, challenged the transfer order dated 13th June, 2016. The learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal vide order dated 1st May, 2017, while issuing notice in the matter passed the following interim order:- "So far as interim prayer is concerned, the order dated 13th June, 2016 under Annexure-1 and order dated 9th September, 2016 under Annexure-5 be kept in abeyance till filing of counter."

A counter has come to be filed on 26th February, 2019.

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. This matter being of the year 2017 it is construed that the Petitioner is no more interested to pursue in this matter. Hence the matter has become infructuous by efflux of time. 6.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous and interim order dated 1st May, 2017 is vacated.
