Considering the allegation made by the Petitioners in this writ petition, this Court directs, in the event there is no eviction proceeding initiated against the Petitioners as of now and the Petitioners are still in occupation of the land in question, there shall be no eviction/demolition involving the Petitioners without following due process of law.
