Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the BLAPL. 4.
The BLAPL is disposed of as withdrawn.

Since the petitioner is stated to be in custody from 14.09.2018, the learned court in seisin over the matter shall do well to conclude the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt /production of the copy of this order. It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, in the event trial is not concluded within the time stipulated and the delay is not attributable to the petitioner.
