This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 2nd July, 2012 passed by the Tahasildar, Betnoti in Mutation Case No.1100 of 2011.

In course of hearing, Mr. Lenka, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the order impugned herein is appealable under Rule 42 of the Orissa Survey & Settlement Rules, 1962. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail statutory remedy.

Considering such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
