This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the gradation list dated 01.11.2017 under Annexure-9 and to issue direction to the opposite parties to compute her seniority considering her entire length of service and also consider two years of service benefit to the petitioner as provided by the Government under Annexure-2.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-11 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.
As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure11, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
