This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction for early admission of the Settlement Revision Petition No.273 of 2022 pending before the Additional Commissioner of Settlement & Consolidation, Berhampur.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs in the event the Petitioner files a memo before the competent authority for early admission of the matter within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken for admission of the Settlement Revision Petition No.273 of 2022 within a period of one month thereafter.
