This CMP has been filed assailing the order dated 14th October, 2022 passed by learned Senior Civil Judge (L.R.), Bhubaneswar in C.S. No.1417 of 2013, whereby an application for acceptance of the written statement beyond the statutory period has been rejected.

Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meantime, C.S. No. 1417 of 2013 has been dismissed on merit. In that view of the matter, he submits that the CMP has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the CMP is disposed of as infructuous. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
