This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned Additional Standing Counsel.

On perusal of the record, it is found that the rejection order is of 03.11.2021. Further, on perusal of the rejection order, it appears that the bail application was moved at the initial stage and by then charge sheet has not been filed and in the meantime charge sheet has been filed which indicates that the investigation has been concluded. Therefore, the Petitioner is directed to move the learned court below afresh by filing bail application. In the event such a bail application is filed, the same shall be considered strictly in accordance with law. Further, learned court below shall also apply the principle of parity subject to its applicability to the fact of the Petitioner's case.
