1.The Petitioner's representation dated 12th October, 2021 shall be examined by the Superintendent, SCB Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack (Opposite Party No.4) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner and giving him a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 1st August, 2022 and be communicated to the Petitioner not later than 8th August, 2022. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on merits. As regards the grievance concerning the Vigilance Department, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
