Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State- Opposite Parties.

The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) Admit the original application.

(ii) Call for the records.

(iii) Quash the reject list under Annexure-5 series keeping in view the notification of equivalency declared by respondent no.4 and the respondents be further directed to consider the case of the applicants and to give appointment orders against the post of Hindi Teacher (contractual) pursuant to the advertisement / resolution dated 27.10.2014.

(iv) And may pass any other order / orders as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the eye of law".

It is submitted that the prayer made in the Writ Petition is covered by a decision of this Court passed on 07.03.2022 in W.P.(C) No.13092 of 2019 and W.P.(C) No.13826 of 2019.

It is also submitted that the said order was passed by this Court on 07.03.2022 basing on the order passed by this Court on 15.09.2021 in W.P.(C) (OAC) No.902/2016 and also another order passed by this Court on 03.12.2021 in W.P.(C) (OAC) No.3682 of 2014.

In view of such submission made by the learned counsel for the Parties, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the judgment and order passed on 07.03.2022 in W.P.(C) Nos.13092 & 13826 of 2019.
