This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to revise the monthly salary in Trained Graduate Scale of Pay and to disburse the differential arrear salary as well as the current monthly salary in trained graduate scale of pay from the date of acquiring revised common qualification.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-6 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, taking into consideration Annexures-3, 4 and 7, to which learned Counsel for the State has raised no objection. 5.
As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6, taking into consideration Annexures-3, 4 and 7 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
