Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that, the order of the Tribunal has not yet been complied with. 4.

It is submitted by Mr. S.S. Kanungo, learned Additional Government Advocate for the Opposite Party/Contemnor that, the order of the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.378 (C) of 2017 has already been complied with.

In view of such submission, the contempt petition stands dropped.
