1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. This is an application for modification of order dated 9th December, 2022.

3. In paragraph-4 (i) of the order dated 9th December, 2022 the name of the court, P.S. case number and Special case number have been wrongly mentioned as "learned Special Judge (SC & ST), Mayurbhanj at Baripada" instead of "Addl. District-cum-Special Judge, Talcher" and "Special Case No.101 of 2002" instead of "C.T. Special Case No.52 of 2022" and "Sarat P.S. Case No.86 of 2022" instead of "Talcher P.S. Case No.839 of 2022". The same are hereby corrected. The Petitioners are allowed two weeks' further time to surrender before the learned court below, other terms and conditions in the said order remaining unchanged.
