Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court be kind enough to issue writ/writs, order/orders directing the O.P. No.3 to dispose of the proceeding u/s 22(2) of the Orissa Survey & Settlement Act, 1958, bearing Appeal Case No.268/2016 forthwith, and pass such other order/orders as may be deemed fit and proper.

And for such kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

In reference to the earlier direction of this Court in disposal of W.P.(C) No.36309 of 2021, Mr.Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits on production of copy of the order in the above case before the Opposite Party No.2, the Opposite Party No.2 informed the Petitioner that the proceeding is pending need to be decided by Opposite Party No.3.

It is further alleged that even on production of such copy before the Opposite Party No.3, the proceeding involved is yet to be

Considering that there should be lawful disposal of the proceeding under Section 22(2) vide Settlement Appeal Case No.268 of 2016, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to conclude such proceeding at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner, but however, involving all parties concerned.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
