This writ petition involves an innocuous prayer for early Order No.

disposal of the Mutation Appeal No.153 of 2021. 2.

This Court records the statement of learned counsel for Petitioner that in the meantime there is sufficiency of service of notice in the Mutation Appeal No.153 of 2021.

In the circumstance, this Court directs, the proceeding vide Mutation Appeal No.153 of 2021 shall be concluded within a period of three months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, provided there is sufficiency of notice in the Mutation Appeal No.153 of 2021.
