2. Heard Mr. B.K.Ragada, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K.Maharaj, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 1st August, 2021 in connection with Khariar P.S. Case No.271/2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.257/2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Khariar for the alleged commission of the offence

// 2 // under Sections 302/507/34 of I.P.C. read with Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the availability of materials prima facie to support the same, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected.

5. It is open to the Petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of material witnesses in the case including Rajesh Jaipuria.
