The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the tender under Annexure-1 and further to issue direction to the opposite parties to cause investigation and by an independent agency.

Mr. S.K.Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner very fairly states that the enquiry is going on the basis of complaint lodged. 5.

At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. However, the Petitioner is permitted to pursue its remedy after the enquiry is completed.
