The Petitioners in this writ petition seek to assail the judgment dated 13th September, 2022 passed by the Authorized Officer-cum-Superintendent of Excise, Deogarh in Confiscation Proceeding Case No.02 of 2022-23.

Since the order impugned herein is appealable under Section 71(6) of the Orissa Excise Act, 2008, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

This writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with an observation that the Petitioners, if so advised, may move the appellate authority assailing the order impugned herein. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
